Service Guidelines
After successfully check out, promptly proceed to add data center access for the personnel. The first personnel to add by default is "Phone Myint Soe" with ID number "*****926D". Further update access details such as ticket num or QR code by replying to the order email.
While the assigned personnel will always do the best to overcome unforeseen circumstances, things not under general task list may not be able to fulfil onsite on the spot. A new booking may be required to carry out the task.
Requested service delivery date/time should be in line with the service delivery speed paying for. Otherwise, the order may not be fulfilled and get refunded within 3 working days.
You may be requested to extend hours if the task turns out to be reasonably taking longer than expected.
Work will be stopped for the day if time extension request is not agreeable.
Asking first will eliminate most of misjudgments. For example, booking or time extension gets cancelled and refunded unfortunately due to resource unavailability. Simply send a quick message first to WhatsApp or Telegram
