While we will always do our best to overcome unforeseen circumstances, things not under general task list may not be able to fulfil onsite on the spot. A new booking will be required to carry out the task.

You may be requested to extend hours if the task turns out to be reasonably taking longer than expected.

Work will be stopped for the day if time extension request is not agreeable.

Asking first will eliminate most of misjudgments. For example, booking or time extension gets cancelled and refunded unfortunately due to resource unavailability. Simply send a quick message first to WhatsApp or Telegram
